Refund policy
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery date, and must match all of the following criteria below to be accepted:
- In unused and resell-able condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Used physical goods
- Discounted items (if applicable)
- All Digital Files
- DENT AND DINGY
- ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items need to be placed back in original packaging and must not be used. We will email you a return label within 24 hours. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving return labels. If your item is returned to us AFTER the 7 days of receiving the approval, your return/package will be rejected and sent back to the buyer. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your store credit request. If approved, the store credit request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Claims
We ship with USPS, First Class Mail: can take up to 7 Business Days. USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Takes 1-3 Business Days. UPS Ground/Standard: Takes 2-5 Business Days.
All orders are shipped from Florida.
*Once package has been scanned by delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between buyer and shipping company. *
If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost or damaged because of Mother Nature's bad weather, any other natural disaster, any unpredictable or unpleasant circumstances, we are not responsible for it and will not issue a replacement. We do our best to carefully pack, using protective packages by the shipping carrier or otherwise. Please understand that it is not in our hands, and we cannot guarantee a timely delivery or a fully intact package. If the shipping carrier fails to deliver the package on time or delivers package damaged, please file all claims with shipping company. First class mail does not carry insurance, as such claims for late, damages or lost mail cannot be filed on those packages.
