A manual hat heat press is good (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) As it helps in fixing the hat very tightly and correctly. Be sure to keep the extended front of the cap away from the line of the press as the heat can damage it.
Application Instructions:
- Clean off sublimation surface of the hat for fabric debris with lint roller.

KEEP HAT BRIM AND MESH BACKING AWAY FROM HEAT PRESS**
- Print and Cut out the design, to remove any extra ink that may be let on edges.
- Place design centered on hat. You can use heat tape to hold image in place to eliminate any ghosting.
- Cover hat with butcher paper, not always needed as some sub paper companies have a no bleed paper.
- Place on heat press for 1-2 minutes at 380 degrees.
- Remove the butcher paper and sub paper as soon as possible.
Recommended Temp/Time: 380F/120 seconds
- The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results. Settings will vary depending on the heat press brand and model ink and paper and atmospheric conditions.
